Cloud Dusters RC Club; Hobbs America (New Mexico) District VIII

Me?  Been doing R/C for about a year and a half now.  Got started with a .40 size kit and found I really enjoy building.  I've gathered about 13 planes total, two of which I;ve obliterated into the ground and are now in R/C heaven.  I vary between electric and glow, and plan on gas.  I do enjoy glow, but the "instant gratification" of electric is kinda neat sometimes. 

I've built three planes from kits and am building a Ziroli P-47 70" WS.  I also have two kits still in boxes, just trying to get other things out of the way first.  I have two foamie RTF's, such a joy! And when I crash them (often) they go back together relatively easily and inexpensively.  I've got some ARF's, while I do enjoy them, I always find more pleasure in flying something that I built.

Anyway, I try to get out and fly at the Cloud Dusters field in Hobbs a few times a week.  Maybe I'll see you there soon!
